Beauty Wish List | September

I haven't done a wish list in what seems like forever! And of course, I haven't stopped lusting over things. Today I'm sharing with you some new products that are on my September wish list.

Urban Decay Moondust Palette
I'm a huge lover of Urban Decay's Eyeshadows and I just need to catch them
all (I'm obsessed with Pokemon Go, I'm sure you are too...right?)!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette
Warm browns and burgundies are my favourite right now and this palette from Anastasia has everything I need and more.

Makeup Revolution Pro Artist Magnetic Palette
We've all established that Makeup Revolution are the Queen of dupes. This Z Palette dupe is no exception. The best part? It is £5! Yes, five whole English pounds.

Maybelline Master Contour V Stick
I love to contour and this new contour stick from Maybelline looks so innovative!

Barry M Chisel Cheeks Contour Cream
Oh, another contour product! We're all addicts here right? This duo from Barry M looks amazing.

Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation
Double Wear is my favourite foundation and this new release from Urban Decay looks so comparable and best of all, it claims to be waterproof. Need!

February Wish List | Shoes, Make-up & Homewares

It feels like ages since I've last done a wish list, so here is what I'm lusting after this February...

Ever since Beauty Bay launched Makeup Geek Cosmetics I've been adding things into my basket but never checking out - anyone else do this?! Soon the time will come when I take the plunge and splurge on all of their gorgeous Duo-Chrome Shadows and a Z Palette to pop them in.

How gorgeous is this Blush Pink Mini Skirt from House of CB?! I'm channelling my inner Kim K with this one. There are also a few House of CB Discount Codes* floating about, making it easier for me to float to the checkout...

Ankle boots are my weakness, they're my favourite shoes to wear for every occasion. These Dune Black Ladies Ankle Boots are perfect! I love the snakeskin print detail on the back too.

One can never have too many make-up brushes right, there's no such thing! Especially when they're as gorgeous as these Spectrum ones, so pretty!

After Christmas my bath product stash is overflowing and this Wooden Tower Unit from Matalan would be great for storing all of my products in - it's gorgeous too! There's also a few Matalan Voucher Codes* too, so check them out before you checkout.

That's all for this months wish list! I'm sure as something new comes out my magpie self will be lusting over that too!

Valentines Gift Guide | For Her

With Valentines Day only being a under two weeks away I have devised a little  gift guide to help you buy a special gift for that lady in your life...

When Michael surprised me with this gorgeous Hourglass Blush in Luminous Flush for Christmas I couldn't not include it. It's easily the best blush I own, smooth, pigmented and glowy - love! The gorgeous packaging makes it an amazing gift too.

Something I'm personally wanting is an Nintendo 3DS in Pink, I mean I'm a typical girl so I love anything pink! You can also buy Nintendogs With Frenchie and Friends, how cute!

If you're looking to really spoil your love one this year why not splurge on a Panasonic Lumix DSLM* they look incredible.

If you're a person that is more about spending quality time with a loved one then why not get some fancy chocolates and watch her favourite chick flick? I would love if Michael wanted to watch girly films with me, haha!

Alternatively you can never go wrong with an Urban Decay Naked Palette, I and most ladies will agree that is a must-have! You can check out my review here.

What are your plans for this Valentines Day?

Urban Decay Smoky Palette | Review & Swatches

Urban Decay's latest palette release went down a treat in the blogosphere and I think it's their best palette yet...
With 12 never-before-seen shades with a range of mattes, shimmers and glitters it's the perfect palette to create a sultry smoky eye or a simply daytime look.
The shadows are buttery, pigmented and everything you would expect from an Urban Decay Eye Palette. The only shade that isn't as pigmented as the rest is Armour because it's a glitter. With a deep grey base or a black base it really helps Armour pop.
Shade breakdown from UD's website:

High: cream shimmer w/micro-glitter
Dirtysweet: medium bronze
Radar: metallic taupe w/iridescent micro-glitter
Armor: metallic silver-taupe w/tonal sparkle
Slanted: light metallic gray
Dagger: medium charcoal w/micro-shimmer
Black Market: jet-black satin
Smolder: deep plum-taupe
Password: cool taupe matte
Whiskey: rich brown matte
Combust: soft pink-taupe
Thirteen: light beige satin
I'm a huge fan of a smoky eye so this palette has soared straight to joint top of my favourite palettes, sharing the top spot with LORAC's Pro 2.
If you're a big fan of eye shadow and smoky eyes I would definitely pick up Urban Decay's Smoky Palette - it's perfect!

Maybelline Colour Tattoo - Crème De Rose

I'm a big fan of the Colour Tattoos already as they're a great base for eye shadow and come in a range of shades. I was super excited to be browsing in Boots and see two new shades, Crème De Rose and Crème De Nude. I picked up both - obviously, addict over here - but today I will be sharing with you Crème De Rose.

Maybelline Colour Tattoos promise 24-hour wear with a innovative pigment technology. They can be worn alone or used a base to make other shadows last longer.

Crème De Rose is a gorgeous base with a pink/beige undertone. If you have any veins on your lids or are pale this will work as an excellent base for you.

It does help shadows last longer but because I have super oily lids I always pair Urban Decay Primer Potion underneath it which does help my shadow stay put all day with no creasing.

Crème De Rose is a perfect dupe for MAC's Paint Pot in Painterly. They're super similar with half a
shade in difference.

If you're looking for a new base then I definitely recommend the Creamy Mattes Colour Tattoos as they're amazing!

Have you tried any of the Creamy Matte Colour Tattoos?

Urban Decay Perversion Mascara | Review

Recently I got a free sample of the Urban Decay Perversion Mascara. I always buy drugstore mascaras so I was excited to give something higher end a try.

Perversion is described as being "Bigger, blacker, badder" and I definitely have to agree as it's probably the blackest mascara I have tried. It stands out when I do a smoky eye which most mascaras tend not to.

This mascara gives me volume, length and super black lashes. I'm a big fan of big dramatic lashes whatever time of day it is. Luckily have long lashes so I don't need too much mascara but I have very blonde lashes so I love how black the mascara is.

Although it isn't waterproof it definitely holds all day. There's a tiny bit of smudging - I have super oil lids - but nothing that bothers me!

It retails for £17.50 full size, it is expensive for a mascara for me personally but if I had the money to splurge on a mascara I would definitely by the full size!

Have you tried Perversion?

Daniella's Stash #2 - New Launches & Old Favourites

Today is another instalment of Daniella's stash! I will be sharing with you some of the goodies that I have picked up recently!

Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette

I'm so excited to own this gorgeous palette! The shadows are buttery, pigmented and all the shades I could ask for. I love smoky eyes so this is a perfect palette for me.

Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation, Shell

What would a haul be without the best foundation, ever?!

Maple Holistics Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner*

I haven't tried these yet but I'm so excited to! They're formulated without sulphates which is super interesting. I have a full review and giveaway coming soon so keep an eye out for that!

Maybelline Colour Drama, Nude Perfection

I love these pencils because they're super creamy but matte at the same time. Nude Perfection has been dubbed a dupe for MAC's Velvet Teddy so I'm super excited to wear this shade.

Maybelline Colour Tattoos

Maybelline Colour Tattoos are my favourite and I was super excited to see the Creamy Mattes in Boots. Crème De Rose looks like a dupe for MAC's Painterly and Crème De Nude looks like a dupe for Soft Ochre! I will definitely report back on these.

What have you picked up recently?
