July Favourites

I must say this at the end of every month but seriously, where is the time going?! I feel like I'm gonna be 30 in a minute... Well an over exaggeration there but I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way?!

Any who, today I will be sharing with you my July favourites. I really do like this time of month because there are loads of blog posts to read and YouTube videos to watch. It's my favourite past time.

Urban Decay Ammo palette: I mentioned this palette in my current high-end favourites and I've been using it loads this month. It has a gorgeous mix of shimmery and glittery eye shadows and I can't seem to put it down. I'm thinking of purchasing the shade "Sin" in a single pan because it's such a beautiful shade!

Revlon Colourstay foundation: It's more on the pricey side of drug-store foundations but it is well and truly amazing. It's a high-coverage matte/satin foundation and its lasting power is phenomenal. It's been my go-to foundation lately because it controls shine like a dream and stays on all day.

Makeup Revolution Blush Palette in Sugar & Spice: Eight eye shadows for a meer £6, do I need to explain why this is my favourite? Not only is it super inexpensive the shades are beautiful and crazy pigmented.

Soap & Glory Mist You Madly body spray: I'm not very good at describing the "notes" in fragrances so I'm not going to embarrass myself, aha. This product smells gorgeous and lasts on my clothes and skin for a really long time. It helps me stay fresh in this boiling summer heat.

I have two television favourites of the month and they are Pretty Little Liars and True Blood. American dramas are just sooooooo good and I'm eagerly awaiting the next episodes of these programmes once I've watched the last one. I'm so sad that this is the last season of True Blood but they are really pushing the boat out with this season, it's amazing!

  4. I have normal/combination skin so I don't know which Revlon colourstay to go for - normal/dry or oily/combination. I am a bit oily in the t-zone, I have dry cheeks and I'm prone to breakouts. Which one would you recommend I go for? :) x

    1. I've just bought the normal/dry Colourstay because the oily/combo one does stick to dry patches. They both control oil well so I would go for the normal/dry one just so it isn't too cakey on try patches. :) x
