July Empties & Mini Reviews - Skincare

Today is the second post in my July Empties. On Saturday I posted my make-up empties that you can read here and today I will be sharing with you all the skincare items I used up. I apologise for the photo's, I'm not a professional photographer and I can never get good photo's of empties, aha.

Lush Grease Lightening Spot Treatment: I've had this for ages but I did neglect it for a bit. It is good and it lasts for ages. It reduces the size of my spots and helps them heal faster.
Would I repurchase?
Probably, you do get a lot of product for the price.

Murad Eye Cream: I got this free with my subscription of Glamour magazine. I really loved it. It didn't diminish my dark circles but it hydrated my under-eye greatly.
Would I repurchase?
No, it's too expensive for me aha! If you know of any really hydrating affordable eye creams then please let me know.

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil: Loved this stuff. It completely got rid of my make-up, it doesn't have a smell and it doesn't sting my eyes.
Would I repurchase?
Like the eye cream it's just expensive so no. I do prefer oil based cleansers though. I might pick up Body Shop's Cleanser as it looks great!

Clean & Clear Advantage face wash: This face wash did keep my spots under control and I feel like since I changed my face wash my skin has been more erratic. So this might actually help my skin.
Would I repurchase?
Yeah, I think I need to!

Clean & Clear Spot Treatment: I spoke about this in my latest empties. It's like the Lush Grease Lightening but with salicylic acid so it's a bit harsher. I really do love this stuff, I just seem to go through it so quickly.
Would I repurchase?
Definitely!

  1. What did you think of the moisture match? I tried one of the other ones and really liked it.
