The Sunday Edit #12 feat. The National Forest & Heather Scarecrow Festival

Hey lovelies, it's been a super long time since I last spoke to you about what I've been doing in the past week, because I haven't been doing much! But this week I've been outside more and enjoying the lovely weather we have been having.
I've moved back home from University and also moved home at home... That makes sense right?! My mum has moved in with her boyfriend and I now reside in Leicestershire countryside. Before I lived on an estate and there was nothing to do. Now I live on the doorstep of the National Forest.
On Monday me and my boyfriend Michael walked around the village and checked out the Scarecrow Festival. I've never heard of one of these before so I was excited to go around and look at the village's creations. Some scarecrows were amazing whereas some weren't even scarecrows! Mannequins are not scarecrows!

On Friday me and Michael took a walk around the National Forest, Sence Valley. We did take a wrong turn and ending up walking through loads of bushes but we did find the right trail and along with that came beautiful trees, lakes and ponds. It was a gorgeous sunny day and it was so peaceful to have a nice walk in nature.
There were a few ducks and swans amongst the water and some even cuter baby ducklings! I wish we would have taken some bread to feed them. I definitely am next time haha!

What would a week be without buying make-up? I did pick up a MAC lipstick in Pure Zen as well as a repurchase of my beloved Revlon Colourstay.
What have you been up to this week?
